Overcharge and rude!!
Decided to book with arrow taxi one Saturday night. Had to pay for both journeys in advance! When we arrived for the return journey, we were old to pay an extra £7. Thought this was unfair as we agreed on a price. Spoke to the manager, who was rude and threaten to phone the police, in the end we were given a refund and had to find another way home. All in all, there are more friendly taxi companies in Marlborough, avoid this company.
