    Ivy House still caters for special occasions

       

    The Ivy House is now mainly a hotel. While they can do food in the restaurant for parties for special occasions which you arrange direct with them, they no longer have a restaurant as such. Still well worth considering them as a venue for wedding receptions etc as I've heard wonderful things about the food!

    Elegant, top-class restaurant

       

    Inside the Ivy House Hotel is Scotts Restaurant, a really elegant restaurant serving good English food. The building itself is a really lovely, well-preserved Georgian grade II listed hotel. Scotts overlooks a really nice south facing sun terrace and all the foods comes with great service and made with fresh local produce, something that you can really taste. A real find.

    Perfect location

       

    This is in a great central location in Marlborough and has some lovely rooms with bags of character- its a grade 2 listed building. I found that the Ivy House Hotel was brilliant value for money and they did serve a lovely breakfast. Overall the people were very friendly and welcoming, especially the owner. The proximity to the local shops, cafes and bars was the icing on the cake.
