Pewsey Area Board meeting, Monday 6th September

The next Pewsey Area Board meeting will be on Monday 6th September  at Burbage Village Hall, Eastcourt Road, Burbage SN8 3AJ. The meeting will start at 7pm, doors open at 6.30pm. Everyone is invited to attend the meeting.

People living in the Pewsey area will have an opportunity to find out more about the leisure facilities review carried out by Wiltshire Council.

Stuart Wheeler, cabinet member for leisure, sport and culture, will give a presentation to the area board on the outcome of the leisure facilities review and the implications for the Pewsey Community Area. There will be an opportunity for people to ask questions and give their views during the meeting.

There will also be an update from Kevin Sweeney of the youth development service, on the future provision of youth services in the Pewsey area.

The Pewsey Area Board will also consider grant applications from local community groups and organisations and receive updates from partner organisations, including Wiltshire Police, NHS Wiltshire and local parish councils.
