This weekend, on the fourth Sunday of Advent, Traditional Christmas
Carol Services will be taking place at:
St. Mary’s, Marlborough,
6.00pm on Sunday, 19th December
St. George’s, Preshute,
6.00pm on Sunday, 19th December
(carols by candlelight; come and hear the Christmas Story retold, The
Georgians choir and sing your favourite Christmas Carols)
St. John the Baptist, Minal, 6.00pm on Sunday, 19th December
Over the Christmas period itself:
St. Mary’s, Marlborough
On Christmas Eve the St. Mary’s Crib Service will be at 3.00pm and
Midnight Communion will commence at 11.30pm.
Holy Communion will be at 8.00am on Christmas Day, and Family Communion
for all ages will be at 10.00am.
St. John the Baptist, Minal
Nativity with Carols will be at 5.00pm on Christmas Eve- this will start
at The Horseshoe then move to the village hall car park.
On Christmas Day Family Communion will be at 10.00am.
St. George’s, Preshute
At St. George’s on Christmas Eve there will be a 3.00pm Crib Service,
and a 10.00pm First Eucharist of Christmas.
On Christmas Day Holy
Communion (BCP) will be at 8.00am with Christmas Eucharist taking place at 10.00am.
