Police appeal for witnesses to burglary April 11th.

Police appealed for witnesses on the 5th May after a burglary at the Bear Hotel in Marlborough between 2am and 6am on Monday April 11.

WPC Brown said: “Entry was gained by pushing one of the decorative leaded panes out on one of the windows on The Parade side of the building. This is quite a small window but the offender gained access to the pub through this window and then emptied the gaming machine and took cigarettes from the vending machine in the main bar of the pub.”
