L.A. band FUNERAL PARTY to play set at Azuza followed by signing at Sound Knowledge

As a warm up to their appearance at this year's Reading Festival, Funeral Party, a five-piece band from L.A. are are plugging in for a full on electric set on Saturday 28th August at 18:30 in Azuza followed by a signing in Sound Knowledge of their newly released 7" Single 'Just Because' .

The band are LA's answer to post-punk-dance-craze revival and have been championed by the knowledgable underground American music scene. Their afore-mentioned debut single has been given the lofty status of 'Hottest single in the world right now' by no less an authority than Zane Lowe.

This band are hugely tipped for 2011. Sony are expecting the album to be massive, so it could be a case of "I was there".
