The focus of these courses is wild fruit and nuts. We will identify many edible species and learn how they can be used in soups, main courses, desserts and drinks. These full-day, introductory courses combine:
* A foraging walk in our local countryside for wild fruit and nuts.
* An indoor session preparing, cooking and eating a wild food, three course meal principally dishes based on our finds.
* An illustrated talk on wild foods.
