Valentine's Day Dining Out

Today my two recommendations for Valentine's Day eating out are Ask Pizza and Silks on the Downs.

Silks is on the main Swindon to Marlborough Road (A346) at Ogbourne St.Andrew. There is no special Valentine's Day menu but look out for their specials which change daily. It's an excellent place to eat with clean, modern decoration. The artwork celebrates  races and Jockeys. The food is fresh and well presented and local products are sometimes used in the menu's such a venison sausages from a Marlborough butcher. 

 

Ask Pizza in Marlborough High Street is offering a special Valentine's Day Menu from the 10th to the 14th February - 3 courses for £16.95 including a glass of Prosecco. With a choice of 5 starters, 10 main dishes and 4 deserts this is an unbeatable offer.
